Dear Stone Creek Park Homeowners,
The Board of Directors recognizes the recent financial difficulties encountered by Gasser Property Management Company, as well as their lack of responsiveness to our communications. We extend our sincere appreciation for your patience and understanding as we have addressed these challenges.
Over the past several weeks, the Board has undertaken a comprehensive review of our management options to ensure the ongoing effective administration of our community. Informed by homeowner feedback highlighting the need for greater transparency, improved responsiveness, and accessible communication tools, we conducted a thorough evaluation of multiple property management firms. Following a diligent selection process, we are pleased to announce that Metropolitan Properties has been appointed as our new property management company, effective November 1, 2025. We are confident that Metropolitan Properties will provide exceptional service and enhanced convenience through their homeowner self-service online portal.
October Dues: Homeowners who have not yet submitted their October dues to Gasser Property Management are requested to process their payments via the new Metropolitan Properties online portal. A welcome message from Metropolitan Properties, including instructions for accessing the portal, is provided below.
Community Inspections and Compliance: In addition to financial challenges, it has come to our attention that Gasser Property Management had neglected conducting community inspections. Metropolitan Properties will resume these inspections during the first week of November. Violation notices and fines may be issued for non-compliance following these inspections. To maintain the aesthetic standards and value of Stone Creek Park, we kindly request that all residents ensure their properties meet the community’s guidelines in the coming weeks. This includes keeping exteriors free of algae, maintaining weed-free lawns and landscape beds, regularly mowing and edging grass, and ensuring trees and shrubs are neatly trimmed.
Should you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Board. We greatly value your continued support and cooperation as we work together to uphold the pride and beauty of our Stone Creek Park community.
Warm regards,
Stone Creek Park HOA Board
